having started the down swings simultaneously. The left knee
bends, taking the weight of the body, both arms bent. The right
wrist fully cocked. The face of the bat has come round square on
to the ground. |

The ball is about to pitch. The left leg has gone towards the line
o the ball. The left shoulder is still pointing towards the line o
the ball. The left hand leads the bat, angling it backward. |
