Hussain was appointed the captain of the England team when the team was in dire straits being defeated by everybody. He not only got the team together, but also made them into a team who could win consistently. His form though has been awful this year. He has failed in test and one dayers but he is a very talented player and it is just a matter of time before he will get his form back.
